Bryan comes to JDK after two years as a Mac tech (he's a certified Macintosh technician) and help-desk specialist at Small Dog Electronics in South Burlington, where he honed his customer-service and troubleshooting skills working in direct contact with customers and institutional clients. Before that, Bryan was an assistant audio engineer at Fusion Five Recording Studios, Mount Pleasant, S.C., wrangling with equipment and bands to make the sounds fine and the recording process (relatively) drama-free.
Bryan graduated from the College of Charleston (S.C.) with a B.A. in music composition and arts management. He has also successfully completed AppleCare Technician Training and received a diploma in record engineering and music production from the Audio Institute of America (San Francisco, Calif.).
